About the levy

This levy is a renewal of a tax currently being paid to fund instructional and support programs. Some senior citizens may be exempt from this tax. The levy is approximately 23% of the district’s total budget

State law requires school districts to periodically ask voters to consider renewal of the local levy. The measure on the ballot will be a four-year maintenance and operations levy that would be collected through 2016.
